About
01.

Children and teens experience the world through their own lens.  They are developing while still learning about the world around them.  Children and teens can benefit from counseling to address areas related to mood, peer interactions,  social skills and more.

02.

Parenting can be challenging.  With a Behavioral Approach, we can help with parenting stressors and create strategies and routines for children & teens.  This type of counseling can help build social skills, coping skills and healthy habits for children & families.

03.

Women have a unique set of needs that often crossover from mental health to physical health.  Women can benefit from counseling whether there are long-term traumas that need to be explored and treated, patterns of cognition that require clinical attention or more basic daily living routines that need improvement.
